Lapdog Entertainment Inks Unauthorized Kim Kardashian Deal With Mad Media Entertainment

Lapdog Entertainment has inked a co-production deal with powerhouse, Jayson Won, President of Mad Media Entertainment to produce their upcoming documentary “Kim K: Famous,” a film chronicling the life of one of the world’s most talked about reality stars that is famous for being famous.

Mad Media Entertainment and Lapdog Entertainment are set to begin pre-production January 2012.

According to Thomas Gibson, President of Lapdog Entertainment, Kim Kardashion is by far the most popular glam girl on the Hollywood circuit…she is tinsel town’s ultimate insider, globetrotting from store-to-store from one celebrity event after another—to the bright lights of television and a circus of controversy.

Production To Begin On Snoop Dogg “Soul Survivor” Documentary

On Dec 10, 2011 Lapdog Entertainment will begin production on a feature documentary about the brilliant music career of rapper Snoop Doggy Dogg titled “Soul Survivor.”

“Soul Survivor” tells the story of the musical evolution of rapper Snoop Dogg. Our program take audiences back to Snoops humble beginnings in Long Beach, California where he roamed the streets as a member of the notorious gang “The Crip’s” to being discovered by former NWA front man Dr. Dre.

We will show how Snoop’s new brand of music back in 1991 changed hip-hop from pop driven tunes by MC Hammer that dominated dance clubs ─ to Snoops slippery delivery that helped usher in a new era of cool known as the “G Funk Era”.

The Beginning of the End DVDLapdog Entertainment recently inked a deal with Sales Agency, Light House pictures to represent their upcoming documentary “The Beginning Of The End,” a film chronicling the origins of the Black Eyed Peas.

The Black Eyed Peas (BEP) have been the most innovative hip-hop group of the past 10 years — they have gone from being members of the underground rap scene in Los Angeles to some of the world’s biggest stages.  The group has gone through many musical changes; female members have come and gone, they were nearly dropped by their record label for non-sales until a little known singer, Fergie, had a chance encounter with BEP leader Will.I.Am.  That meeting forever changed the group and solidified them as a unit.

The Beginning Of The End,” will take us through the journey of four uniquely talented individuals from different walks of life that banded together as one cohesive band.

Rihanna “Good Girl Bad Girl” Domestic Deal

Lapdog Entertainment and VMI are close to signing a domestic dvd and digital rights management deal for its latest feature documentary film on pop singer Rihanna titled “Good Girl Bad Girl.”

The documentary Good Girl Bad Girl tells the story of pop singer Rihanna who rose from poverty and obscurity on the Caribbean island of Barbados to becoming to one of the worlds most successful music artists of the past ten years.

Good Girl Bad Girl chronicles Rihanna’s meteoric ascension–her twist of fate that led to a chance meeting with a music producer who was so impressed by the young beauty he immediately took her to hip hop legend Jay Z.  As president of Def Jam, he signed Rihanna to a record contract hours after their first meeting.
